Dr. Mohammad Jahangeer Warsi has been selected as a 2011-2012 recipient of the James E. McLeod Faculty Recognition Award. Previously called the Faculty Awards, this year the ArtSci Council decided to rename the event in honor of one of their biggest supporters James E. McLeod. The school council hosted the Recognition Ceremony Monday, April 16th, at 4PM in the Woman’s Building Formal Lounge.  The assigned committee has been planning, reading nominations, and talking with students for the past year to make this event a success.

The ceremony occurs every year and is attended by deans, department chairs, professors, students, and other community members. The student who nominated Professor Warsi read their nomination and then presented him with a trophy.
